In the detailed overview of your machine, you can see the operational status at the top right of the page. Find the explanations of the different states below.
| OPERATIONAL STATE | DESCRIPTION |
| LOADED | The machine is effectively running in a productive state |
| UNLOADED | The machine is running idle in a non-productive state |
| STOPPED | The machine has stopped running |
| SHUTDOWN | The machine has suddenly stopped running |
| COMMUNICATION ERROR | The communication device is not communicating with the network, no data is available |
| MULTIPLE STATES | Multiple states detected within a specific reporting period |
| UNKNOWN/TRANSIENT STATE | The machine is within two states (in the process of unloading, loading or stopping) |
