The service status of your machine is based on the information received from your upload device. It is categorized as follows:
STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
GOOD | Everything is under control, there is no action required from your side. The service provider is taking good care of your machines. |
FUTURE SERVICE | There is no immediate service required based on the uploaded data. Your machine is not under contract. |
DUE | Your machine needs service in order to avoid any problems. Please contact your service provider. |
OVERDUE | Your machine should have been serviced already, problems are likely to occur. Please contact your service provider as soon as possible. |
UNKNOWN | The status of your machine is unknown due to missing data. Please contact your service provider to check the status. |
