Step 1
First, make sure you are on the site level. Then, go to the SERVICE OVERVIEW and click on REQUEST A QUOTE. You can find the overview by selecting SERVICE in the menu or SERVICE OVERVIEW on the site dashboard. If you want to skip these steps, click anywhere on the image below.
NOTE: You can also request a service quote from the MY SUBSCRIPTION page, by clicking on the button REQUEST INFORMATION.
Step 2
Select for which machines you would like to request a service quote and press REQUEST DETAILS.
Step 3
Add a message to your request and press SEND REQUEST. The Quote Manager of your service provider now receives an email with your request and will reach out to you as soon as possible. You can specify how would you like to be contacted by selecting contact me by email or phone.
