Step 1
Go to the inbox of your email account and click on COMPLETE REGISTRATION ON ICONS. Follow the link to submit and confirm your account details.

Once you completed the registration, sign in to activate your account.

The first time signing in, Microsoft will prompt you to set up your multifactor authentication method. Complete these steps to access ICONS.
