How to use the Dashboard

SITE SELECTION

In case you have multiple sites, you can select a site in the dashboard.

WELCOME MESSAGE

At the top of the dashboard, you are welcomed with a message. Anything that needs your attention is displayed here. Urgent messages are in red.

THE MENU

Left of the dashboard, you can find the menu. You can unfold this menu by clicking on the small arrow at the bottom.

ENERGY WIDGET

In the first panel, you can get a quick overview of your site’s energy efficiency performance. The score is based on the amount of energy that was used to produce the volume of compressed air in the considered period. You can choose to view the aggregated data for the last 30 days, the last 7 days, or the previous day. In case you would like to see the energy performance of a specific group of machines, you can open the dropdown menu that says SELECT GROUP. It is set for all groups by default. The energy efficiency of your installation can be categorized as followed:

OPTIMAL

Specific Energy Rate below 355,46 J/l

GOOD

Specific Energy Rate between 355,46 J/l and 425,13 J/l

LOW

Specific Energy Rate above 415,13 J/l

You can get a detailed overview of your energy efficiency by clicking on DETAILS at the bottom right of the widget.

In case you do not have OPTIME license, the Energy Widget will not show. Instead, your dashboard shows an UPGRADE NOW message that gives you more information about the OPTIME license when you click on it:

UPTIME WIDGET

The second panel is used to track the machine's uptime performance. Uptime performance indicates how long the machine was available to run relative to the total time. For example, when the reporting period is set to the last day and the machine was available to run the full 24 hours, uptime is at 100%. If the machine was unavailable to run for 30 minutes, uptime is 98%. Uptime performance is categorized as follows:

OPTIMAL

Above 99% availability

GOOD

Between 98% and 99% availability

LOW

Below 98% availability

You can get a detailed overview of your installation’s uptime performance by clicking on DETAILS at the bottom right of the widget. Without an UPTIME license, the widget will show an UPGRADE NOW message that redirects you to more information.

SITE HEALTH WIDGET

This widget indicates your machine’s health with a Maintenance and Running Conditions score along with a concluding message. Note that the widget on your dashboard indicates an overall health score of all machines combined on the selected site (Site Health). The machine health of licensed machines is indicated as a specific percentage. For unlicensed machines, ICONS indicates the health check results with a margin of 20%.

The health scores can be explained as follows:

0 STARS

Due to lack of data, we are unable to calculate the risk of sudden breakdowns

1 STAR

Your machine is in very bad health, there is a very high risk of sudden breakdowns

2 STARS

Your machine is in bad health, there is a high risk of sudden breakdowns

3 STARS

Your machine’s health is weak, there is a risk of sudden breakdowns

4 STARS

Your machine’s health is not bad, there is a small risk of sudden breakdowns

5 STARS

Your machine’s health is good, there are no serious health issues

SERVICE WIDGET

The service widget gives you a quick overview of service info per machine. You can click on a machine in case you want to get more info about its service status.

ACTIVE EVENTS WIDGET

The Active Events Widget shows events that are active in the controller. If the active Events are uploaded by a SMARTBOX, the widget can show a detailed overview.

In the case of a SMARTBOX, you can unfold the Active Events widget to look into the details of a specific event.

The ES/Optimizer 4.0 is not able to accurately indicate which machine has an active event. Instead, the communication device only indicates if there is an active alarm or not.
